Our security department, this weekend, noticed a high probability of fraudulent activity possibly occurring. The decision was made to cancel a number of Eagle One FCU debit cards and issue replacements. Due to the urgent nature & high probability fraudulent activity occurring, our team determined that it was necessary to cancel all cards in question and re-issue new cards to those cardholders. We felt it was in the best interests of the credit union to be proactive and avoid potential losses in member accounts. We understand that this may have cause temporary inconveniences, but we felt that was better than having members accounts cleaned out by these types of thieves. We apologize for this inconvenience.
