At 6:00 p.m. on Tuesday, December 16 Yeladudes Jewish Bilingual Theater presents “The Chanukah Miracle” in the Claire and Emmanuel G. Rosenblatt Auditorium. Don’t miss this wonderful program. Also on Tuesday, at 7:30 p.m. a Joint Chanukah Concert, featuring The Hagit Avnon Ensemble will be held at Temple Hillel on Rosedale Road in North Woodmere. This event is sponsored by Congregation Sons of Israel, Temple Hillel and Temple Beth El; and is free and open to the public. The next Sisterhood Book Club meeting will be held on Wednesday evening, December 17. The book to be discussed is The Children Act by Ian McEwan. In this novel, medicine meets religion.
