Our society does not willingly make room for beautiful minds. Often these beautiful minds exist inside of broken bodies, insides those without the ability to walk, talk or communicate in a common and accepted way. Many times these beautiful minds exist inside of those who are autistic, have mental illness, suffer from anxiety disorders, life altering injuries and more.....but their minds ARE beautiful. I remember feeling broken and lost because of the way my mind works. Finding the path to understanding, acceptance and outlets for all the wonderful yet often overwhelming things my beautiful mind created was a journey....still is. So if youve ever struggled with the way your mind works and worry that it has and will continue to hold you back.....just know youre not alone and growing to accept it just might be the thing that sets you free from ever needing to fit in at all.
