Our soon-to-be new home was built in 1960 and still has the original built-in oven. While it still works, my wife and I are foodies and will eventually want a replacement that still fits the mid century aesthetic of the home. Trouble is, were on a tight budget and the spot for the oven is 27 inches, not 30. We are looking for ideas that would require little or no cabinet mod, and for a reasonable price. Aaaaaand go.
