Film Program In our small yet cosy movie room you can relax a bit from the hustle and bustle of the convention and watch a few classics from the vast pool of cinematic Sherlock Holmes adaptations. Maybe you’ll find one you haven’t seen yet or one you’ve been wanting to watch again for a while now? Our playing schedule offers such titles as the classics “The Private Life of Sherlock Holmes” (1970) and “The Seven-Per-Cent Solution” (1976), Disney’s “The Great Mouse Detective” (1986), “Without a clue” by Thom Eberhardt (1990) as well as modern adaptations such as the Robert Downey, Jr. and Jude Law movies (2009 and 2011) and the BBC series “Sherlock” (2010~). Movies are in English with German subtitles. Apart from the showings in our movie room, you will also have the chance to watch the most beloved Sherlock Holmes movie – selected by you, the convention guests, in a voting prior to the convention – on the big screen in the great hall. Because watching stuff with other fans is double the fun! Parlour Games We have a table reserved for a variety of parlour games. You can choose between Cluedo, of course the Sherlock edition and Black Stories (only available in German). If you want to show how cool you are, how about a game of “Operations”? But please be careful! Hearts break easily! Crime Game You always wanted to be a detective? Perfect! What starts as a simple theft turns into a murder investigation. Dr John Watson needs your help! A murder and way too many clues. Who? When? Where? How? And most importantly… why? And just when you need him the most, Sherlock Holmes disappears and is unreachable. You have 24 hours to collect evidence and solve the case.
