Our supreme court attention is drawn to a publications in the media and without their independent investigation they sighted the suppose author for comtent only for the accused to refute the charge,exposing and embarasing the court as not being factual,not doing any due deligence.Check this,supreme court decides a comment or a publication is offensive and the same court hears it,rules over it and pass judgement.What happen to natural justice?are they not already prejudiced?The law must certainly be an ass.
