Our teachers at STEM Academy are amazing, so during this holiday, I encourage you all to give them a big ok thank you! These men and women pour themselves into our children everyday with very little recognition (or pay) for what they do. I am lucky to know each one there, and I am grateful for that. I have seen the extra hours they put in to prepare and plan for your students. I see the frustration when they cant reach a student, and the joy when they do. I know they have sleepless nights trying to figure out problems or plan for projects. They love teaching...they love the unlovable child...they smile when they want to cry...they put up with us, as parents. (I wouldnt want to do that haha). Remember that teachers are people, too, and a simple thank you means so much to them!!
