Our therapy team got a lovely note from a teacher in Horry County that we had to share: I am so happy to have experienced the moments I did as it was life changing in how we can reach children and bring out their best. Our visits will be one of my thankful for things this Thanksgiving and I will love sharing the story of the visits with my family around the table. Handler George Goodrow responded: I think I speak for many of the handlers in that we all have fallen in love with these children. We are thankful we have this unique opportunity to share the love of these dogs. We can even see progress with the children as they interact with the dogs, it is truly amazing what these animals can do. Thank-you for giving us that opportunity.
