Our thoughts today are with the family of Stuart Scott (1965 - 2015). The world lost a great Tar Heel and, by all accounts, a great man today. Watch ESPNs tribute, as it details how Scott grew up in North Carolina, jumped into the world of journalism at the University of North Carolina, and shook up convention and bulldozed the envelope when he first joined ESPN for the launch of ESPN 2 in 1993. The tribute touches upon his greater legacy, too, the one that overshadows even his pioneering professional work -- his daughters, Taelor, 19, and Sydni, 15.
