Our volunteer Sonali Nandrajog sent this - A perfect end to any day! Was waiting on a redlight today when a car slowly comes to a halt next to me. In it, 4 excited stray dogs are clearly being taken for a joy ride by their owner. When I look at the driver, he bears a striking resemblance to Rahul Gandhi, but of course it couldnt be. Alone on the road at 10 in the night without security? But then again, IT IS!!! We chat up about his dogs, how they love car rides and what I do for a living. And as the light turns green, the sweetest dimpled smile bids me goodbye and drives off into the darkness. That man certainly has a charm! I am so smitten... :) We are so happy that someone who is the scion of the first political family of India has adopted Indies. We hope after this post a few more would also be inspired to do the same :D
