Our volunteers really do go above and beyond...recently a stray cat was brought into KSC and we realized shed been nursing very recently. Unable to contemplate that her kittens were left alone out there, Vivien B. went to the location the cat was found and she heard the faintest meow. Long story short, with the help of Condo President Gary, neighbor Barbara, and KSC volunteers called in to help: Lisa V., Frank and Jill K., and Vanessa and Eric S., it took 4 hours for an entire winter wood pile to be moved and 3 tiny kittens to be rescued and reunited with their mom. Kendra and her very lucky kittens are now in one of our wonderful foster homes with Amy and her family. Thank you all for caring!
