Our weekly meals at Vets, via this page, are every Tuesday, Saturday and Sunday. All the other days of the week ( minus a few every month taken by Bill Susan Hickman and her group) , are supported by a small army of folks who make up the Sandwich Squad. Sometimes one or two people make 100 sandwiches , sometimes several join together and do a giant BBQ. Its always changing, the people who volunteer are amazing, the options are limitless. If youve wanted to help with meals but dont have a large enough group to tackle the weekend, friend the Sandwich Squad! Do a post about a day and watch the support come in. Or jump in on a day that just needs a little help! The link is in our pinned post, as is the Meal Train link that shows the days that are taken and by whom, for every meal at vets :)
