Our wonderful little guy (the dog that is, no kids) still hasnt - TopicsExpress

Our wonderful little guy (the dog that is, no kids) still hasnt learned to sit on command, walk off the leash, or to leave it on the ground - but after spending three hours on it today, Ive managed to teach him to; Jump up on the couch, perch himself on the top of it, and kiss me in the face repeatedly, to get a treat. When we will have any practical use of that command I dont know, but Im stoked that it worked. The only problem now is I cant take a nap on the couch anymore without getting ambushed by his tongue, but I can live with that. On another note, never use In-n-Out where they deliver you the burger thru the passenger window (one of them in Newport Beach do that) if you have an excited terrier sitting there - while they handed me the burger, he made a lunge for it, managed to grab a bite of the burger and while I tried to pull it away from him, he nudged the box again and I dropped both the fries and burger on the floor. At that point I had been in line for 30 minutes and couldnt be bothered to go to the back of the line again, so Im having yogurt tonight. The funny side is, I so knew for about 10 minutes (while waiting in line behind the other cars...) that there was a 90% risk that exact thing was going to happen, but I was too lazy to really do anything about it (probably cause I hadnt eaten...) I always think Im pretty industrious but I guess thats not always the case!
