Our words do impact our lives and those around us. The severity of this impact is described in Proverbs 18:21. The tongue can bring death or life and those who love to talk will reap the consequences. Our words can destroy the self esteems and reputation of others, which is not easily built. God created everything in the world by His spoken word. God made man in His image and after His likeness. Man possess the same capability and characteristics in a more limited capacity - we cannot for instance create man nor a new world with our words. God has set the parameters and have given to us His guidelines. One such is recorded on Mark CH 11:23 - if we say to the mountain, be lifted up and thrown into the sea, it will happen but you must believe. You have to speak to your mountains and do not let your mountains speak fear, doubt ...to you. Speak life into your situations.
