Out of the last 12 years I have been playing ball its time to call it quits, sad to say but its time, to focus on other things. To the players that have come and gone, the guys that stayed, Im fortunate to share the field with every last one of you. I loved playing next to you, wins, losses, and I think there was a tie in there somewhere. Its a bummer to end a career in the fashion we did last night, but all good things must come to an end. We may have not been the most athletic team ever assembled, but we did play with the biggest heart. We are the Yakima Mavericks, and I will be proud to say that for the rest of my life. Thank you thank you so much. Not even going to mention anyone, you all know who you are, and Ill see ya around the block some day.
