Outbreak of TGA in the PICU!! A 9 days old male neonate was brought to the Pediatric Casualty by his parents from an outpatient clinic in a state of shock. The baby who was exclusively breastfed started becoming breathless and refused to feed a day before presentation. The mother said his color was blue and mentioned that he cried upon micturition. The mother has 4 healthy children at home and said that this baby had not had any feed for the whole day! This term baby was a product of a pregnancy that started with antepartum hemorrhage at 6 months of gestation and ended up with a c-section due to placenta previa and oligohydramnios.
