Outcome of the day for those who read my morning post. Went to help a relative track a deer. It rained last night and into this morning. I was able to locate the arrow and it looked like a full pass. After three hours of scavenging the area, no luck. All part of hunting and feel bad he lost his eight point, but did all we could do. Did a bit of afternoon hunting myself. No luck seeing a deer, the brutal wind may have had a part in it. Did see one on the way out walking through the creek. But, a bit small for my liking. On the positive. Some neighbors were lucky and arrowed some monster bodied bucks here in Wisconsin. Snapped a few pics to share with you all. Im so envious! :)
