Outdoor Gym Update:- Very productive morning. Visited equipment supplier and purchased weights for outside, including:- 2kg - 10 kg Chrome Dumbell Set and Stand 220kg of Olympic plates plus stand 12kg - 30kg set of fixed barbells 12kg - 24kg set of Dumbells plus Stand 400kg of steel Olympic plates 2 off Olympic bars 52.5kg/55kg/57.5kg/60kg commercial grade dumbells. Over 1,750kg of weights purchased !!!! The outdoor gym will not just be a strongman area, it will be accessible to all and include , functional, bodyweight and lighter weights, plates, barbells, dumbells etc. as well as all the heavier exercises such as car deadlift, landrover pull, atlas stones, log press, farmers walk bars, fingals finger etc... plus loads more. As always with Rhinos we will continue to add additional equipment and develop the gym, in our quest to become the best training facility in the UK. Where else can you find a fully equipped 10,000 sq.ft gym with a 3,000 outdoor gym as well? Our target for the opening of The Yard is the 7th June. Watch this space for further updates.
