Outer Banks This Week......just got back...climbed the Currituck, Cape Lookout, Bodie Island, and Cape Hatteras Lighthouses..Cape Hatteras is the tallest one in North America...went in bottom of Ocracoke light...cant climb due being in need of repair inside....went to see The Lost Colony ....incredibly interesting...camped out at Oregon Inlet and Ocracoke...ten nights camping in the dunes...hearing the waves..seeing the lighthouse beacon from our tent at night...camped one night on Cape Lookout...built a beach fire..roasted hot dogs...made new friends...sat around talking...met people from Canada..met Cissy Farrow...an exceptional waitress, so cool...great person...rode ferries...played in beaches..got lots of sun..tons of seashells...awesome good...boat rides...eleven of the most awesome days of my life...Heaven on Earth....
