We are excited to have her and happy to see someone young who cares about their health. Hey guys Im Lauren, Im just a 16 year old girl inspired to be the best lifter I can be. I grew up in the gym. Well, I like to say that. I have been training with my brother and father for about 3 years now. They try to direct me as best as they can. I always strive for greatness and I enjoy helping others understand the thought of greatness. I try to stay in the mindset of no limits. I am a person of many dreams. Dreams so big sometimes they overwhelm me. I found of about Team Outlaw through Rebecca Quinto. She is absolutely amazing, very motivating.
