Each apartment has a dedicated water tank of 2000 Liters in SS2 13.2 Hot water storage tank of 200 liters is provided at SS2 level. 13.3 Water is heated from an individual diesel operated boiler. 13.4 An additional 16,000 liters common water tank for garden irrigation. 14.0 Ventilation & Air Conditioning 14.1 Mechanical ventilation is provided in toilets, bathrooms, kitchens, technical room and storage areas, where required. 15.0 Heating 15.1 Heating is provided by individual diesel boilers located in the technical room with individual diesel tanks. 15.2 Diesel tanks of 1000 litres capacity located in SS2 15.3 Aluminium radiators are installed in all rooms. 16.0 Power distribution 16.1 Each apartment will be fitted with a 40 Amp breaker board, with 24 circuit breakers panel 16.2 The switching between EDL and generator is automatic. 16.3 The electrical room is located at SS1 level and shall house the EDL counters, the generator distribution panel and the panel for common areas. 17.0 Wiring devices. 17.1 All wiring devices will be Legrand, Schneider or equivalent. 18.0 Telephone Distribution system. 18.1 All bedrooms and salons are provided with telephone outlet RJ11 with CAT6 cables. 19.0 TV Distribution system. 19.1 TV outlets are provided in salons and bedrooms 19.2 Satellite junction box is provided for each apartment 20.0 Grounding and surge protection systems. 20.1 The building is equipped with an electrical grounding system. 21.0 Surveillance/ Security system 21.1 The parking area and main entrance are provided with cameras linked to a DVR 21.2 Exterior areas of apartments at SS1 and RDC levels are provided (optionally) with cameras and intrusion alarm system connectable to the telephone line or Wi-Fi Project construction began October 2012 Delivery date expected April 2014 For information: Jamil Sayegh: 03 811 500 Note: Specifications are subject to change without prior notice for improvement purposes
