Over 1 year has passed since we bought this &#&$!!! Windows 8 computer and we still cant get Office to load properly. BD spent 2 hours on the phone with tech support Thursday. We now have shortcuts on the desktop to Excel and PowerPoint but nothing else from the Office Suite. And no matter what, this computer wont upgrade to 8.1. Im about ready to throw it in the street and drive over it and the Office installation discs. Unbelievably frustrated. This is exactly why I rarely turn on the computer and prefer to do everything by smartphone...except I need Excel, Access, Word and PowerPoint to function in some of my other roles...
