Over 300 gallons of petroleum product has spilled from abandoned - TopicsExpress

Over 300 gallons of petroleum product has spilled from abandoned oil and gas pipelines in McKenzie County, North Dakota. Officials dont know whose pipeline it is, and say its possible we wont be able to identify the owner of that line. (WTF?) The spill reached Sand Creek, but booms and absorbents (read: paper towels) have been put in place to keep it from reaching Lake Sakakawea. Pipelines spill; its not if, its when. #NoKXL
