Over the Holiday, I did some artwork in a newly renovated pediatric dentist office reception area. This dome ceiling has tiny little holes in it, through which fiber optic lights are strung. Unfortunately, the fiber optics are still under construction, so in the meantime, I painted stars and the moon to shine down on the play area alcove. It is very sparkly in person, even without the fiber optics! I painted stars around each hole, so that it disguises them when the lights are off. When the lights are on soon, the painting will enhance the experience.
