Over the course of this weeks Music Competitions, there have been many performances by students and staff presenting solos, duets and trios. Amongst those students who have won solo sections are Angel Wong (vocal), Eamonn Shorter (piano, vocal and cello), Will Robertson (piano), Katrina Wong (piano), Jayden Johnson (vocal) and Sydney Triffit (viola). The Fellas have also featured a number of successful trio performances in various age groups. Staff members have also been successful with Daniel Wahl scoring an extremely high mark for his violin solo, Christine Clarke combining with other musicians in a skilful trio and Jeffrey Clarke was part of winning combinations with students in both vocal trio and piano trio sections. Staff members Rob Deavin, Chris Murray and Meg Blackley have also been working hard accompanying our many student performers. Congratulations also to our Grade 12s, many who have been representing the school in these Comps for many years.
