Over the last couple of days, I have gotten several different messages and emails about things not arriving in the mail that people were expecting. I wanted to address a couple of things. First of all, please do not rely on Facebook for your primary communication method with us. Our FB page not the best about giving me notifications that I have a message or post on the wall, and I miss comments all the time. Please please PLEASE, forgive me if I have not personally addressed your comment, post, or message. I promise I am not intentionally ignoring you, but I truly am just not seeing it. The BEST way of communicating with me (Tricia) is by email, using tricia@lilangelshankies as the email address. But even then, Im not going to sugar coat it - I may not respond immediately! Im not trying to make excuses, but I am a wife, mommy, full time graduate school student, teacher, and founder/operator of this non-profit organization. I am busy. VERY busy. Not so busy that I ignore every email, but busy enough that I cant always answer every single one as soon as it comes in. So please be patient with me, and if you do not hear from me within a week or so, feel free to email me again with a gentle reminder. But please be kind. :) Next, it appears we are having trouble with shipping. A worker at the Post Office told me a way I can mail things without having to take them into the PO, but apparently the packages arent going through, because I have several messages from people that they have not received something they have been waiting on from me. Its not because I didnt send it, I assure you. It is because stuff happens. The PO messes up. I mess up. I write addresses down wrong, I put the wrong amount of postage on packages, etc. It happens. Im human. But if you send me an email, I will get back to you ASAP. Especially if youre really sweet about it. ;) I do plan to go by the PO tomorrow to check my PO Box to see how many returned packages I have sitting there (I havent checked in a while, sorry), and I will get things sent back out this week if something has happened. Thank you all for your continued patience with me. I realize it can be frustrating to deal with chaos, and believe me, my life is TOTALLY CHAOTIC right now!
