Over the last few months and especially over the last few weeks I - TopicsExpress

Over the last few months and especially over the last few weeks I think weve all learned that social media competitions whether they are dangerous, violent or even something good like #FeedTheDeed can end up going viral instantaneously and can either have immediate positive or negative repercussions. What I would like to do is take what weve learned and continue on the positive path which I hope will inspire a healthy and fit chain reaction. As an advocate for health and fitness, I decided I wanted to start #urFit in order to make FITNESS go Viral! #UrFit is essentially where you nominate someone to challenge their bodies to doing something that at the end of the day makes them feel proud of their fitness and health accomplishment. Its not about one upping the next person but its about one upping UrSelf and sharing it with the world in order to motivate and inspire the next person to do the same. Take a photo and show how many miles you ran on the treadmill today and then tag a friend with #UrFit or take a video of yourself doing something fit and healthy like juicing some kale or doing a headstand. Anything goes – Be Safe. Be Healthy. Be Proud. #UrFit! I am nominating TWENTY people to get the ball rolling but feel free to tag only a few people once youve been nominated. Nominated: Jessica Laventure, Cest Beau, Bram Levinson, Erica Mintz Diamond, Dave Parise, Dean Brandt, Shaun Akira, Alex Perrault, Massiel Diez, Brad Gouthro Fitness, Jordan Kemper, Mark Kostove, Brandon Cullen, Roberto Morales, Dino Masson, Jonas Caruana, Tamanna Ghazvini, Braden Stringer, Sam Smooth & Brent Bishop Best of luck - Cant wait to see what makes you feel proud!! xxx - Micaela
