Over the last year and a half there have been many days when I simply questioned Why? Why did this happen? Why didnt this work out the way I wanted it to? Why did I ever meet this person in the first place? Why? Why? Why? Well, Why? Why? Why? sounds a lot like Whine? Whine? Whine? and that is where I have been in my walk with the Lord. This entire experience plus the sum total of all my good and bad decisions have put me right here, right now. God put my family around me, placed my new partners in front of me and brought every one of you into my life. For the first time in my life I can publicly acknowledge that. I am doing what I was born to do. There is zero doubt about that and that is liberating. Im not talking about putting a weenie in a bun with some pretty good chili. Im talking about building something great where people can work and grow and provide a great life for their family. A place where friends can gather around good food and celebrate the day. A place that can be a beacon of hope to struggling entrepreneurs who will step out and take the risk to build their dream. But beyond all that, ultimately a place that walks the walk and glorifies God in every act and decision we make on a daily basis.
