Over the past 24 hours the Sabine Parish Sheriffs Office report 5 arrest. Arrested were: Frank Manning Jr., black male,34, arrested on charges of domestic abuse battery, possession of drug paraphernalia, possession of schedule II with intent by the Many Police Dept. He remains in jail. Carlos T. Carhee, black male, 35, arrested on charges of 2 bench warrants, jumping bail by the Sabine Parish Sheriffs Office.He remains in jail. Michael A. Isgitt, white male, 64, arrested on charges of 2 cts theft by the Sabine Parish Sheriffs Office. He bonded. Yaeiahia Gasaway, black female, 17, arrested on charges of battery of a police officer by the Many Police Dept. He remains in jail. Mikkah D. Sepulvado, white male, arrested on charges of possession of drug paraphernalia, possession of schedule II, flight from an officer (2cts) by the Sabine Parish Sheriffs Office. He remains in jail.
