Over the past few years a lot of people have begun to associate me with the Yoni Egg and my Sensual Strength Training Class and although all of my Bios and videos I continuously repeat the fact that I am a Personal Trainer, Strength and Conditioning Specialist, USA Weightlifting Coach and Sports Nutritionist...people seem to somehow miss that and stay stuck on the egg and the word sensual. I have been a Personal Trainer/Fitness Professional for about 12 years now and my specialty is IMPROVING the overall FUNCTION of ones body. I say function first and the look comes from that and NO it does not happen in 5 workouts. It is necessary to put in the WORK. I am now taking a break from running around teaching so many classes and changing my focus back to my one on one clients. I am mostly focusing on clients in NYC and DC but I am also open to working with clients in Chicago, Atlanta, New Orleans and Miami since those are cities I frequent a few times a year.
