Over the past month Ive slowly began to limit my activity on Facebook. I share my show schedule, some positive thoughts & an occasional rant. To me, scrolling through my news feed has a strange similarity to reading through an edition of The National Inquirer. Im not sharing these thoughts to say Facebook is bad or evil. Im sharing them because I have found that reducing the time I spend on social media has increased the time I spend smiling & enjoying life. In my humble opinion, we all owe it to ourselves to appreciate the world in front of us a little more often.
