Over the past several months it is obvious the majority of people in Lynchburg very much dislike the LU logo on Candlers Mountain. But that is not new news! What most want including me is for Mr.Falwell to return this mountain to its natural beauty. God made the mountain as you would say. He did not give you permission to deface it without regard to anyone else.If Mr.Falwell you read this and Im sure you do , do whats right for not just your beliefs but everyones. A nice sign at your schools entrance is all you need. It does not have to be in your face as this is. This sign represents nothing but greed in the eyes of thousands. Its neither pretty or functional or anything else. Its a destruction and a waste. Until that happens the resentment will continue. You want respect you must earn it. And this is a good way to start the New Year. Fix the Mountain!
