Over the past two weeks Ive added Tabata (8 rounds of 20s work 10s rest) to my training and seen great results, dropping over 4% body fat with minimal dietary changes. Even this lifting lover can get through 4 minutes of cardio, short and intense is the way to go! Here is one of my rounds with thrusters, 6 kg and you can tell its not easy. Thrusters, a fantastic exercise in every way, works great for Tabata.
