Over the weekend, I received a CV of a person wishing to assume larger role in my organization with following credentials: 1.Worked for 49 days in an earlier Company when he was contractually obligated to work for 5 years. 2.His role in his earlier Company was that of a CEO but work done seemed more in line of an anarchist disguised as a whistle blower. 3.Gave the reason for quitting as his inability to change the system and reluctance to abide by the HR policy of the Company. 4.His career progression seemed more like a half-baked cake, quitting organizations mid-way without any achievements but lot of noise. 5.Was comfortable in working out of Canteen or footpath but not his desk 6.Claimed to have done a research of 370 pages on another well-known former CEO but could not remember even the abstract. 7.Education from IIT Kharagpur. 8.Mission statement: Everyone except me and my followers is corrupt. 9.Hobbies: Casting aspersions on all and sundry and fabricating nexus and links. 10.Interests: Gas pricing formula and Mufflers 11.Co-curricular activities: Organizing Dharnas, Media coverage, Unlawful raids, SMS campaigns 12.Known disease: Eternal cough Do I need to tell, what I did with the CV? Please pass it on so that others do not waste their precious time in reading through this CV.... Issued in national interest....
