Over the years I have belonged to quite a few Organizations & when the Organization decides to make a Donation to a charity or another group we have always taken a Vote with the members who were in attendance at the meeting. Dont you think that you would first have to have a meeting to make a donation to an Organization and make your members aware of what you are doing. Is it ok for a President & a Treasurer just to make a decision & write a hefty check on their own. Sorry not my eyes is this ok.
