Over time I would like to stop posting on this page, and will post the most recent information on our Providence Little Theatre company page. So if you havent liked that page yet-go ahead-its like two seconds! Here is the schedule of classes for February! There may be a few changes dependent upon how well the financial classes go, and I may be adding in another cooking class as well. So I will keep you posted! February 2014 Tuesday, February 4th, 2014 @ 7pm: Financially Fit #1: At the start of every year, we look back and are horrified by our spending habits, but find ourselves at a loss as to where to even begin to fix it. Thankfully, we have Mike McGrath, who is going to be teaching us all about the ins and outs of money management. He will be teaching us these classes based on the Dave Ramsey course: Financial Peace University. This will be a 9-week course, and each one will feature a different aspect of the Dave Ramsey program. **For a preview check out: daveramsey/home/. Thursday, February 6th, 2014@7pm: Healthy Goals: With each day comes an opportunity to be better than we were the day before. We don’t have to let the bad habits of yesterday keep us from becoming healthier and happier people. Our Food Sense Girls have returned to teach us more about staying within a budget without losing those staples that really make eating healthy food enjoyable. Tuesday, February 11th, 2014 @7pm: Financially Fit #2: For more information about each class, just check out our poster in the Providence Macey’s Store-next to the Service Desk. Tuesday, February 18th, 2014 @7pm: Financially Fit #3: The 3rd class taught by Mike McGrath that features information from Dave Ramsey’s Financial Peace University. Wednesday, February 19th, 2014 @ 7pm: Cache Valley Gluten Free Group: You may be new to the Gluten Free lifestyle, or are curious to find out how to make bread that isn’t a hockey puck-either way this class is a great place to start. This group meets once a month, so don’t miss this opportunity to learn tips and tricks that makes the Gluten Free life easier. Thursday, February 20th, 2014 @7pm: Easter Sunday: Sunday’s are a day of relax and put your feet up-except for this special Sunday. Relda Sandgran will be offering up great recipes that will help you put some variety into your typical Easter Sunday Breakfast. Tuesday, February 25th, 2014 @7pm: Financially Fit #4: The 4th class taught by Mike McGrath that features information from Dave Ramsey’s Financial Peace University. Wednesday, February 26th, 2014 @7pm: Culinary Creations: Let’s face it-we watch those cooking shows on TV and wonder why our recipes never turn out like what they show us. So Sarah Wall, a culinary school graduate, will be teaching a class that breaks the recipes down into terms that we non-chefs will understand. Thursday, February 27th, 2014 @7pm: YouTube Inspiration: Although most of us use YouTube for watching videos featuring massive stunt fails, cat videos, or super talented youngsters, Forrest Young uses it for something much more worthwhile. He decided that he wanted to learn different styles of cooking, and found that YouTube had great videos that made cooking a fun experience. So for this class he will be showing off some of the great skills and recipes that he has learned from YouTube.
