Overhead Press PB - 80kg x4... Felt pretty smooth too. I used to hate shoulders and Ive always struggled with improving my narrow frame. Since focusing on heavy overhead pressing twice a week over the last year Ive noticed a huge improvement. I now want a bodyweight overhead press by the end of the year. (87kg) The shoulders are small muscles and require the correct frequency, volume and loading parameters to progressively overload them effectively... Not to mention the correct form, making sure you have no leg drive and hit full depth to the collar bone every rep. Stop messing, get pressing!!
