Overheard on Rush Limbaugh today - Very Important info about our recently re-elected Establishment Republicans: Senator Jeff Sessions (R-AL) has been a Senator since 1997. He will be the Ranking Member on the all-important Senate Committee on the Budget. This is a position given to a member of excellent standing within the GOP hierarchy. But more importantly, Senator Sessions is a VERY CONSERVATIVE member of the Republican party and his motives have NEVER been questioned. He has spent recent down time writing op-eds and giving interviews against Obama and the Democrats current pushes for amnesty. We just finished a tough midterm election where, during the Republican primaries, Establishment candidates played hard and in some cases dirty to beat the Tea Party candidates. They campaigned against amnesty, against their allegiance to groups like the Chamber of Commerce, because most Americans are against amnesty. The average American wants a secure border and legalized immigration. Now that the midterms are over, there are rumors that the New Senate Majority Leader and Establishment Republican Mitch McConnell and the rest of his GOP Establishment cronies lied to get re-elected and plan to PUNISH Senator Sessions by removing him from his ranking membership on the budget committee. If this turns out to be true, I will never vote Republican again. I will vote for specific candidates such as Senator Ted Cruz until they form a Conservative Party. [Courtney Cambern]
