Overnight Chia Pudding Ingredients: 2 cup unsweetened almond/coconut milk beverage (used Almond Breeze) 1/2 cup fresh blueberries, blackberries or raspberries 1/2 cup chia seeds 2 Tbsp stevia (or sugar/honey to taste) 1 tsp vanilla Directions: Mix everything in a mason jar. Shake well and place in the fridge. Shake again after half an hour. Refrigerate overnight or at least 6 hours. Garnish with berries before serving.
