Owners of Gurgaon-21, LSH & Floors IMPORTANT ATTENTION ONWERS OF VIN its a humble request not to rent your Vatika india next properties to brokers , their staff, or their office boys for a small gain of few thousand rupees, also please dont hand over the keys of your house to any broker. Some of these people have been found abusing in open ,fight in open , passing remarks to others, blocking ways to lifts , stair cases , park cars and bikes where ever they wish, fight with guards , etc , All is making it very uncomfortable for residents, especially women and children, property dealers find a heaven in Gurgaon 21 , LSH and floors to keep their staff parked there and all of their staff members act absurd and are ill manners All this will de-face, degrade and put a poor value to your property and project and disturb the living standards, renters from good back ground are not comfortable in these standards and as owners and investors we need to ensure we maintain a disciple and quality of who we rent the place, Residents also have started to take it up with vatika management for no entry to property dealers to come in side the compound as they dont behave properly and create issues. Please take double check on who you are letting to stay in your house and also lets together ensure we dont promote such behavior by renting house to some goons and ill- behavior people .
