Oxana Shevel: This report from a village of Chongar in Kherson region just over the border with Crimea states that Russian armored personnel carriers are stationed there - and this is MAINLAND Ukraine, check google map... Mines were reportedly laid in the fields and holes dug for border posts (!!) - the are photos showing this. Local residents (listen to the last video) decided to block the road in protest, demand that Russian forces withdraw their machinery from their farming fields. I cant understand why this is not national news yet. We can also see what looks like OSCE observers (likely the group that was not allowed into Crimea) are in some pics and video, I would like to know what they have reported on what they saw.
