All the tomatoes are peeled and in pots (2 pots, one real big and one kinda big). lol First pot is heating up so that I can hot pack them, first batch of jars are washed and the sinks are cleaned back up from the peeling mess. I have NO idea how many quarts of maters Im gonna have here, but I suspect its gonna be a lot. [postscript--not so much. 14 quarts]. Almost done.
