P-Noy signs EO to address climate change By By Delon Porcalla | Philippine Star – Nov 29, 2014 President Aquino has signed an executive order that institutionalizes and establishes the country’s greenhouse gas inventory management and reporting system. Executive Order 174 designates the Climate Change Commission (CCC) as lead agency in the “formulation of mitigation and adaptation policies and strategies to address the effects of climate change.” The Department of Agriculture (DA) and the Philippine Statistics Authority (PSA) are among the other agencies that will enable and allow government’s transition “towards a climate-resilient pathway for sustainable development.” https://ph.news.yahoo/p-noy-signs-eo-address-000000297.html
