P650 billion going to corruption (25%), hay naku. Ano na ito! Philippines – Corruption Corruption is a pervasive and long-standing problem in the Philippines. Recent government efforts have improved the country’s ranking in Transparency International’s Corruption Perceptions Index from 105 in 2012 to 94 in 2013. Nevertheless, corruption ranked second among the most problematic factors for doing business in the World Economic Forum’s 2013-2014 Global Competitiveness Report, with inadequate supply of infrastructure ranked first. Kahit na anong sabihin ng PNoy administration, the mere fact that the Legislative Branch approve the 2014 Supplementary Budget two weeks before the years ends, and considering that it is now in the middle of Christmas season, how, in heavens name will the government spend 22.5 billion pesos in two weeks? Then after 2 days, the Legislative Banch again approve the bloated National Budget worth P 2.6 trillion pesos with even allowing the minority to question the more than 100 pages of unauthorized and illegal insertions. This boils down to one thing along, CORRUPTION. Same monkey with different name. Kawawa ang tax payers nito, again and again and again. Sa larawan, parabang naguudyok na hindi na makapagantay ang mga mambabatas sa pag paparte partehan ng nakaw na kayamanan. Merry Christmas sa mga corrupt, impyerno sa mga mahihirap which is 90% of the population! globalsecurity.org/military/world/philippines/corruption.htm
