PAC MANS MONDAY TREBLE: PAC Man here. Great day by Matteus yesterday and it seems he has done a very good job whilst I have been very busy these past few days. Back to normal service from me today with a treble and I will also have my eye on any in-plays I like the look of, here are the 3 selections for the treble I like: You will need a Bet365 account to find these selections. HIFK have started the season well with 4 wins, 2 draws and 1 loss, scoring 17 goals and conceding 6. They have been solid away as well as at home with 2 wins, 1 draw and 1 loss, scoring 10 goals and conceding 5. Viikingit have been hopeless so far with just 1 point from their first 7 matches, scoring just 2 goals and conceding 18. They actually managed their 1 draw on the road, so their home record reads 3 losses, scoring 1 goal and conceding 10. If you worked out the difference between HIFK’s goal difference (+11) and Viikingit’s goal difference (-16) and averaged it out per game it equals 3.86, which is well ahead of today’s handicap. And if you did the same calculation for a comparison between HIFK’s away goal difference (+5) and Viikingit’s home goal difference (+9), it would average out as 4, yet again miles ahead of today’s handicap. Both of these teams have played 6 of the same opponents so far this season and the results have been as follows: HIFK beat Haka 1 v 4, whilst Viikingit lost to them 5 v 0. HIFK beat JIPPO 4 v 0, whereas Viikingit lost to them 1 v 0. HIFK beat JJK 0 v 4, and Viikingit drew to them 0 v 0. HIFK drew to PK-35 Vantaa 1 v 1, whilst Viikingit lost to them 0 v 2. HIFK drew against Oulu 2 v 2, and Viikingit lost to them 2 v 1. And finally HIFK lost to KTP 2 v 0, whereas Viikingit lost to them 0 v 4. So across these 6 games against the same opposition HIFK outperformed today’s opponents by 2 goals twice and 1, 4, 5, and 8 goals once each. Which with a handicap, like today’s, of -0.5, -1 this would have resulted in 1 half win and 5 full wins, with no losers. SELECTION B: Fram v Arendal (Norway Division 2 Group 1) – 5.00pm Kick Off RECOMMENDATION: FRAM -1, -1.5 ASIAN HANDICAP @ 1.800 3rd plays 14th (14 team league). Fram have started the season well with 4 wins, 2 draws and 1 loss, scoring 12 goals and conceding 9. At home they have 2 wins and 1 draw, scoring 6 goals and conceding 3, so a slightly better home record than away. Arendal have started the season in the opposite fashion and have just 4 points from their first 7 games, scoring 9 goals and conceding 23. Arendal’s first 3 away games have been horrendous and have resulted in no points 2 goals scored and 13 conceded. If I did my usual thing and worked out the difference between Fram’s goal difference (+3) and Arendal’s goal difference (-14) and averaged it out per game it would equal 2.43, which is comfortably ahead of today’s handicap. If I did the same again for Fram’s home goal difference (+3) and Arendal’s away goal difference (-11) the results make even better reading with an average of 4.67 which is miles ahead of today’s handicap. Fram have played none of the same teams at home as Arendal have away this season, so it is tricky to make direct comparisons, so a good thing to check is league positions of these opponents. At home Fram have played 4th, 7th and 8th. Whilst away Arendal have played 2nd, 10th and 11th. So it is fair to say these fixtures are reasonably similar in difficulty and therefore I make Fram massive favourites going into this game. SELECTION C: Follo v Lorenskog (Norway Division 2 Group 4) – 6.00pm Kick Off RECOMMENDATION: FOLLO -1.5, -2 ASIAN HANDICAP @ 1.725 1st plays 9th (14 team league). After just 7 games Follo already have a 6 point gap to their nearest rival after 7 wins, scoring 31 goals and conceding 5. With a great home record of 3 wins, 13 goals scored and just 1 conceded. Lorenskog have been averaged so far this season with 10 points from their first 7 games, scoring 10 goals and conceding 12. On the road they have 1 win, 1 draw and 1 loss, scoring 2 goals and conceding 4. Yet again I will do my usual calculations to see how this compares to today’s handicap of -1.5. The difference between Follo’s goal difference (+26) and Lorenskog’s goal difference (-2) averaged out per game equals 4 which is much better than today’s handicap. And then if we looked at Follo’s home goal difference (+12) and Lorenskog’s away goal difference (-2) and did the same, it equals 4.67 which is also miles ahead of today’s handicap. These 2 teams have played 4 of the same opponents so far this season and these are the results from them: Follo beat Skeid 1 v 3, whilst Lorenskog lost to them 1 v 4. Follo beat Finnsnes 5 v 0, whereas Lorenskog beat them 0 v 2. Follo beat KFUM 2 v 8, and Lorenskog lost to them 1 v 2. And lastly, Follo beat Medkilla 1 v 0, whilst Lorenskog drew to them 0 v 0. So across these 4 games, Follo outperformed today’s opponents by 5 goals, 3 goals, 7 goals and 1 goal respectively. So 3 out of these 4 games would have resulted in a win against this handicap. And the exception can be partly put down to it being Follo’s first game of the season where they may have been a bit rusty and the fact Follo played this team away whilst Lorenskog played them at home, a home advantage that Lorenskog won’t have today. I believe Follo can win this one by a few goals. TREBLE ODDS: 5.12 (4.12/1) For anyone without an account Bet365 will match your initial deposit up to £200.
