PAC TRACK INTERVAL WORKOUT - TUESDAY 5/6/14 Where: Fontainebleau High School Track When: 6:00 - 7:00pm Who: PAC Endurance Edge Program Participants This weeks session is all about developing quicker leg turnover. The work intervals will be short in duration, just 100m, but well shift gears three times while keeping good form and staying relaxed. This is a sprint build-up workout and it requires focus and control. The thought of 100m work intervals might seem easy, but this session will leave you plenty fatigued. Heres the deal: *800m easy jog warm-up *Dynamic warm-up drills *10 x 100m sprint buildups (walk/jog back to start) *400m easy jog (~5 min) *10 x 100m sprint buildups (walk/jog back to start) *400m easy jog (~5 min) *10 x 100m sprint buildups (walk/jog back to start) *400m easy jog (~5 min) The weather forecast looks good and I hope to see you at the track!
