PAC TRACK INTERVAL WORKOUT - TUESDAY 7/15/14 Where: Fontainebleau High School Track When: 6:00 - 7:00pm Who: PAC FitSwim Endurance Program Participants Last week we tackled a challenging descending rest workout, this week we embark on a descending ladder journey. As this session progresses, speed intensity increases while the work intervals decrease in distance. All rest intervals will be an easy 200m walk/jog. Here are the details: *800m slow jog warm-up *Dynamic warm-up drills *1,200m at 10K race pace *1,000m at 10K pace *800m at 10K pace *600m at 2-mile race pace *400m at 2-mile pace *200m at all out pace *800m slow jog cool down Theres a pretty good chance of thunderstorms Tuesday afternoon, so stayed tuned to this post for workout status updates.
