Either fill out and bring in the signed waiver or fill out on site at packet pickup. There will be no race day packet pick up. NO EXCEPTIONS!! media.wix/ugd/f75f0f_c9bb60932ec548ba88d327a1c951d7ff.pdf To pick-up your packet or a packet for a friend you will need the following: • Active registration confirmation notice • Signed waiver • Photo id and • copy of friends photo id if you are picking up for them You will also receive your runner’s goodie bag and t-shirt at the Packet Pick-Up. You will receive the size shirt indicated when you registered. No exceptions. The Elite wave is for competitive climbers or experienced runners. Anyone in the elite climbers who has completed a stair climb will be ranked. If you are ranked bib assignments will be designated for you. If you have signed up for the elite wave and have not been ranked you will be assigned a bib number on site. Unranked Elite Climbers, Survivor Teams and Half Climb participants will be assigned bib numbers on site. If you want to request bib assignments in numerical order of friends this must be done at packet pick up. Each climber scales stairs individually. Each climber will pass the starting line in 10 second intervals. The wave times are approximate. A list of start times will be made available by 9:00 a.m. Friday September 5th. Lockers are available day of onsite. A limited number of lockers are available. All entry fees are non-refundable. You may transfer your number to another racer by loging into your Active account by 8/23. The entry fee for the 2014 event will not transfer to the following year’s event, no exceptions. This policy stays in effect whether you are injured, have an unexpected business or family emergency, or other incident. Sorry, there are NO exceptions.
