PAGASA 24-HOUR PUBLIC WEATHER FORECAST 5:00 PM, TUESDAY, 2 DECEMBER 2014 Issued at 5:00 p.m., 02 December 2014 Valid beginning: 5:00 p.m. today until 5:00 p.m. tomorrow Synopsis: Northeast Monsoon affecting Northern and Central Luzon. Forecast: The regions of Cagayan Valley and Cordillera will have cloudy skies with light rains. Central Luzon and Ilocos Region will experience partly cloudy to at times cloudy skies with isolated light rains. Metro Manila and the rest of the country will be partly cloudy to cloudy with isolated rainshowers or thunderstorms. Moderate to strong winds blowing from the northeast will prevail over Luzon and the eastern section of Visayas and the coastal waters along these areas will be moderate to rough. Elsewhere, winds will be light to moderate coming from the northeast to north with slight to moderate seas. (Please click on image for a larger view.)
