PAGASA 24-HOUR WEATHER FORECAST: Issued at 5:00 a.m., 28 November 2014. Synopsis: At 4:00 am today, Tropical Depression QUEENIE was estimated based on all available data at 120 km North of Puerto Princesa City (10.9°N, 118.9°E), with maximum winds of 55 kph near the center. It is forecast to move west northwest at 24 kph. Meanwhile, a Low Pressure Area (LPA)was estimated at 1000 km east southeast of Southern Mindanao (4.0˚N, 135.0˚E). Forecast: Palawan will have rains with gusty winds. Metro Manila, Central Luzon, CALABARZON and the province of Mindoro will experience cloudy skies with light to moderate rainshowers and thunderstorms. The regions of Ilocos, Cordillera and Cagayan Valley will be cloudy with light rains. The rest of the country will have partly cloudy to cloudy with isolated rainshowers or thunderstorms. Moderate to strong winds blowing from the northeast will prevail over Luzon and coming from the northeast to east over Visayas and Mindanao with moderate to rough seas. #piacaraga #piaAgnor
